Does anyone have a jr snackmaster dehydrator FD-20 model?
I just bought one at a garage sale but no instruction manual. There was a need to know how long the brochure said it dry for beef? Sorry to say, but you lose your money. properly dried meat that needs to cool dry air, not warm, moist air. the best way to make Beef Jerky is bacon strips the size of single layer in the folds of a new air filter of cellulose. stack one on top and repeat until you have exposed all their meat. after all the meat was traced last place a filter at the top of the entire stack. Elastic all the assembly, then the elastic with a large fan, square box. adjust the fan and the high point across where the smell of adobo go. once a day, review the progress of their beef. which should take three to four days to complete. when there is, including filters, and register it in a large bowl. marinade must contain a large quantity of salt to help preserve the meat.
