Assistant kitchen blender – What can I do with attachments?
I finally got a mixer for my birthday (yes, Love it!) and my boyfriend got me the pkg attachment with the cutter / shredder, food grinder and pasta dishes for Christmas. I also bought stuffing sausage. Any really interesting things I can do with it? No amount of good pasta? Sausage recipes, including Italian (decrease fat, if possible)? And by pressing the boyfriend to buy it – he wanted what he did really well! Thank you all so much!
Of course, I want do all that, but not give the simplest and best you can do. Fresh hamburger! Buy Chuck enough fat and no bones. Cube about an inch square. Climb mill using large die (plate with large holes). Place the meat grinder in the freezer for about 10 minutes (yes, the mill too). Slightly salt the meat, stir and then grinding. Pressure to use, not force. Place the meat in the fridge right now, while changing the die in the plant. This time, use less entrenched one. Mix the meat first to evenly distribute the fat and then grind again. Believe me if you want to eat a hamburger is hit on the difference between it and store bought. Suggestions: It's also good to familiarize yourself with your grinder before entering the more complex recipes. The last thing you should grind each batch of meat is a piece of bread to remove mill. Do not worry not, but in the recipe. Keep clean this thing! Wash in warm soapy water with a bottle brush. Let stand in water for chlorine disinfected at least 5 minutes and air dry.
