Does anyone have suggestions on how to make ravioli hamemade a pastamaker?

I have an attachment to my pastamaker but I can my mother in Italy makes any pasta with spinach, squeezed spinach She then surrounded by several paper towels or a clean kitchen towel and dry and press again. This helps a lot. It still has water in it, even when you get as dry as possible outside of chopped leaves. So when I make ravioli, I am always tempted to put too much filling Begin with a small amount, and add a little to get the correct amount.
