Hello everyone there is a short time someone requested a recipe for cat copy doghnuts Krispy Kreme gave me?
This recipe was OK, but doghnuts were a little heavy, anyone know how this recipe lighter, like Krispy Kreme real. Ingredients 2 pkgs. rapidly growing yeast i used 7 g dry yeast 1 / 4 cup warm water 1 1 / 2 cup warm milk 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 tsp to I have tea. salt 2 eggs 1 / 3 cup shortening 5 cups ALL-purpose flour Directions: Dissolve yeast in warm water in a bowl. Add milk, salt, eggs, butter and 2 cups of flour. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes. Add remaining flour until smooth. Cover and let rise in warm place until double, 50-60 minutes.Turn mass on a floured surface, roll to coat lightly with flour. roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness with floured rolling pin. Cut with a donut cup flour. Cover and let rise until double, 30-40 minutes. then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia! Can anyone tell me how to donate lighter Real Krispy Kreme may be in the method or ingredients
You said you left out the sugar, which is probably why they were heavy. Yeast should eat to make them work, and eat sugar. It probably does not increase as much as a genuine Krispy Kreme since his hunger yeast.
